This Code of Conduct outlines the standards we uphold in all interactions connected to this movement — online, in person, and through creative collaboration.

1. We Speak Truthfully

We communicate with honesty, clarity, and respect.
We do not distort, manipulate, or conceal our intentions.

2. We Honour Sovereignty

Each person is responsible for their own choices, emotions, and boundaries.
We do not attempt to control or direct the lives of others.

3. We Act with Integrity

Our words and actions align.
We follow through, we show up, and we take responsibility for the impact we have.

4. We Hold Space Without Judgement

We listen.
We allow others to express themselves without ridicule or dismissal.
We recognise that everyone is on their own path of awakening.

5. We Protect the Tribe’s Energy

We maintain an environment of respect, creativity, and safety.
We do not tolerate hostility, manipulation, or divisive behaviour.

6. We Honour Boundaries

We respect personal, emotional, and creative boundaries.
Consent — in conversation, collaboration, and connection — is essential.

7. We Move from Love, Not Fear

We choose compassion over reaction.
We choose curiosity over assumption.
We choose presence over projection.

8. We Celebrate Growth

We recognise that awakening is a process.
We support each other’s evolution without expectation or pressure.
